Effective January 1, 2007, Wertz & Company, LLP has entered into a proprietary agreement with SecureDock, LLC, a W&C affiliate, to allow our client base the opportunity to utilize a patented data storage and retrieval software which will provide a safe harbor for their strategic documents.

Our client base consists of individuals, businesses and trust entities. All of these clients share a common dilemma, that being a desire to store their strategic documents in a cost effective, highly organized manner while at the same time being allowed to quickly access and/or distribute these documents with ease without having to involve an outside third party. It is with these common needs in mind that SecureDock was created.

Our clients, through the SecureDock program, can create individual, business and trust "safe deposit boxes" to store such items as copies of tax returns, wills, trusts, insurance policies, loan and business agreements, entity formation documents and birth certificates. These documents will be loaded into the system by Wertz & Company, thus eliminating the need for outsiders to handle this information. A minimal fee for each box is billed directly to your credit card on an annual basis. Access to the SecureDock program is available on a 24/7 basis and there is no limit to the amount of usage.

As this is an Internet based program, security of the stored data is of key importance. As a result, SecureDock has installed state of the art security systems within the software and has obtained insurance policies to guarantee this security.
